EU Returns Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@gluxehaus.com before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or replacement at no cost to you. To process your claim, we require the following as proof:
- Close-up photos and a video of the item taken upon opening the package, clearly showing the damage or incorrect item
- A photo of the outer packaging
Claims submitted without unboxing photo or video evidence may not be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@gluxehaus.com with your order number and proof within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds will only be initiated once we have received the returned item and inspected its condition. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the item. As a general guide:
- Lightly tested or inspected only — full refund, no deduction
- Visibly used but resalable — 20–40% deduction
- Heavily used or not resalable — 50–75% deduction
- Damaged or missing parts (due to customer) — up to 100% deduction
Each case will be assessed individually based on the condition of the returned item.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery. This includes skincare devices and personal care products that have been opened or used.
We recommend confirming compliance with independent legal counsel familiar with EU consumer law.
