Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.
It is normal for tracking to show little or no movement during transit.

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us and we will provide a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

GluxeHaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
