Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days (U.S. orders), please contact us and we will provide a resolution, including a refund or replacement if applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
GluxeHaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
